The Biden administration, as the EU is already doing, is working on developing a 'vaccination passport' that will allow Americans to prove that they have been vaccinated.
The Washington Post reports it citing some sources, according to which the passport will be free and available in the form of an app for the mobile phone.
Those who do not have a smartphone will be able to print the document instead.
It will basically be an app, developed with private companies, which will offer users an easily scannable barcode to try to return to normal in the summer, as promised by Joe Biden. A growing number of companies, from cruise companies to sports companies, have already announced that they will require a vaccination test before opening their doors. One of the biggest problems facing the White House is the many similar initiatives taking place, such as that in New York. Added to this are privacy and security concerns.
