In the video: The new designs (Converse and Razili)

This is the first collaboration of its kind for Converse Israel, with six Israeli designers and it gives them the ability to express themselves and exposure to other levels that combine style, fashion and technique to create from Converse's iconic shoe a fashionable and artistic creation that gives freedom to each designer's self.

The results of the collaboration are surprising and combine diverse and wide-ranging creative techniques.

The works can be seen on the digital channels of the Razili brand.

The process of selecting the designers for the project relied on a combination of style, technique and value connection to Converse's brand and way of life, the selected designers are fashion designers alongside jewelry designers who combine different and varied techniques.

Here are the 6 designers selected:

"The design of the shoe is a combination / blur between fancy and everyday. The idea behind the design was the need to decorate, delight and bring glam and sparkle into everyday life that has been especially gray for a long time. The

inspiration for the design is from the movie Marie Antoinette directed by Sophia Coppola. The period design. "

About the designer:

Shirley Rothstein Jewelry designer and owner of the Via Rothstein brand for fashion jewelry.

Shirley studied goldsmithing at Bezalel, worked in the field for a few years as a designer of Miller jewelry and then traveled to Italy to further her studies in jewelry design, returned briefly to Israel and Miller but the longing for Italy and the desire for more brought her back to Florence.

When she finally returned to Israel, she continued to work in the field of jewelry as a gemologist, designer and creator in a variety of jewelry styles: gold and diamonds, silver and gems to fashion jewelry.

A connection between the world of jewelry and the world of fashion.

The result conveys one-offs and uniqueness on the one hand and enables more mass production on the other.

The laces have been replaced with leather laces with the help of which a sheet of leather wraps around the foot and becomes the continuation of the shoe.

Police screws attach loops to which a chain from our latest collection can be attached in all sorts of ways.
