The Scottish company from Beit Isharko has expanded its wine category and launched for the holiday a white wine, Domain Giaro - Farget Censor, a Domain Farget winery from France.
The golden-dry wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, and carries citrus spring aromas.
The philosophy of the winery itself, by the way, is to let nature do its thing, as much as possible, with a minimum of outside intervention, without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides, as much as possible.
Apart from it, the company also launched a Petit Chablis wine from the Château de Château kosher for Passover, from the French Christophe Patris winery.
The dry wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, and provides a relatively refreshing and refined feeling, similar to what we are currently experiencing outside.
