Easter "armored" at home, with the stop for the health emergency at large tables with friends and relatives and the classic outings in the open air, does not seem to make Italians lose heart with almost 7 out of 10 (68 %) who plan to spend the Easter holidays devoting themselves mainly to culinary activities to recover a good mood.
This is what emerges from a survey by Sanbittèr Aperitivo Cool Hunting, conducted on a sample of 900 Italians on how Italians will spend the next party.
From the research it emerges that to regain balance in the family (45%) and regain possession of one's psychophysical balance (37%), one will therefore resort to what experts call cooking therapy, capable - explains a note - of reactivating the mind, stimulating the senses and at the same time reduce stress and bad moods.
The activity in the kitchen will be committed in particular to experimentation linked to small tastings and snacks (45%) as well as first courses (51%), second courses (41%) and desserts (58%).
There will be an aperitif, even virtual for the exchange of greetings, for more than 3 out of 10 interviewees (35%) "will not be able to miss various chips and pretzels".
Just under a third (27%) will enjoy preparing homemade pizzas and scones or finger food.
For drinking, 39% will prefer alcohol and among these there will be wine and beer.
There will also be those who will try their hand at the preparation of their favorite cocktail, while 31% will experiment with non-alcoholic cocktails and sparkling drinks.
