As the M5s deputy, Angela Ianaro, rapporteur of the bill, recalled in the Chamber, the law is intended, among other things, to facilitate the closure of 12 infringement procedures, implement 12 European regulations, guarantee the correct implementation of the preliminary ruling of the Court of European justice in the field of inadmissibility of applications for international protection and to transpose the correction of Directive 2012/112 / EU on the labeling of fruit juices and other similar products.
