The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) "takes note of the decision of the VII Commission of the Chamber of Deputies to approve a resolution relating to the criminal proceedings against the rider Alex Schwazer. On every occasion - a note reads - WADA has acted in good faith and in full compliance with all applicable procedures and laws, in an effort to assist the Tribunal. WADA supports all evidence it has provided and which it believes has been scientifically proven beyond reasonable doubt before the Tribunal "and remains available to Italian authorities to provide further details on this case ".
