1 medium-sized cauliflower (with a stick of about 1 kg)
1 bunch chopped green onion (about 300 grams)
6 eggs
2 packs sweet cream (500 ml)
200 grams of coarsely crumbled goat
100 grams of kashkabal cheese
100 grams
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons black pepper

Preparation
How to make a cauliflower pie without flour?
1 Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
2 Cook the cauliflower whole in boiling water with a little salt for about 5-7 minutes.
Strain and cool slightly.
3 Disassemble its flowers and chop slightly.
Cut the green onion into rings.
4 In a large bowl, mix the green onions and cauliflower with all the other ingredients until a uniform mixture is obtained.
Transfer to a pyrex pan greased with a little olive oil and bake for about an hour until golden.
