"In these two days the orange areas have reopened we had said it for some time, everyone knew it is not a problem today. We have - this is another theme - many schools in the north that historically lack teachers and a lot of teachers in the south . It is a problem we are facing to find permanent mechanisms over time ", added Bianchi.
"I believe it is a right of children to be evaluated, it is not an inspection - explained the minister -, evaluation is the way to be accompanied and oriented, it is a right of children and a duty of teachers, rights and duties travel together.
