It's not easy to be green: Adidas is launching two new collections, with contemporary items made from recycled materials and mostly plastic waste.

The first is the result of a collaboration with the global Disney company under the slogan "It's not easy to be green".

The unique collection offers new designs for the company's iconic "Stan Smith" models that recently made a comeback, along with a number of basic clothing items.

The main presenter chosen to lead the campaign (and the designs themselves) is none other than Kermit the Frog, alongside other green Disney characters.

The company's management notes that the collection comes to represent a new approach to sustainable design and to emphasize the brand's commitment to a better future for our planet.

To this end, the company recruited Stan Smith, digital architect Idris Sando and actress and network anchor Yara Shahidi, for a campaign to raise environmental awareness.

In addition to the iconic shoe, the collection includes, as mentioned, other clothing items, unisex, including hoodies and socks on which are embossed figures of "Toy Story", "Star Wars", "Monsters Ltd." and more.

The second collection that the company is launching these days is a sportswear collection called: "Formotion".

The collection was designed by women only who work as designers at Adidas, with women communities from all over the world also taking part in the collection.

The collection offers fitness items made from recycled materials and adapted to a variety of types of training, from Pilates to kickboxing, and includes sports bras, tights, tops and more.

The collection will soon also include swimwear, tops and sneakers as well as an extension of the footwear line to suit pregnant women and mothers.

The Formotion collection is launched as part of a special global campaign called Watch Us Move, which is designed to empower women and provide them with the confidence and comfort required during fitness.

Along with the collection, the company is launching a special YouTube program for the empowerment of women in sports, with exclusive content.
