This year, CD Projekt therefore plans to bring its flagship title to new generation consoles.
While the exact launch date is still unknown,
the developers have already announced that this port will be presented as a Complete Edition
.
The latter will contain the main game, as well as all existing additional content.
The two extensions "Hearts of Stone" and "Blood & Wine" will therefore be included in this version PS5 and Xbox Series XLS.

Occupied by the development of Cyberpunk 2077, CD Projekt decided to entrust the realization of the port of The Witcher 3 to the studio Saber Interactive.
PS5 and Xbox Series XnullS players can therefore expect to benefit from quality graphics optimization, specially designed for next-gen consoles.
Thus, the light has been reworked using ray-tracing for a better visual rendering and the duration of the loading times will be considerably reduced thanks to the SSDs.
If you already own the game on PC, Xbox One or PS4, know that
you will be able to benefit from the version optimized for the new generations for free.
To do this, you just need to download the dedicated update when it becomes available.
