After exceeding 2.3 million infections and 55 thousand deaths, Argentina remains among the
15 countries with the highest number
of cases and deaths accumulated since the beginning of the global health crisis.
The rise in the number of cases that has been registered in recent days put the provincial and national authorities on alert.
This Wednesday it became known that the Province of Buenos Aires is already evaluating the return to phase 3 in some municipalities.
This was said by the Chief of Cabinet of the province of Buenos Aires, Carlos Bianco and detailed that this measure will imply
"additional restrictions"
to those implemented so far to face the re-outbreak of coronavirus cases.

On the other hand, the Buenos Aires Minister of Health, Fernán Quirós, affirmed that in the City for the moment
no new measures are necessary
