Turkey: formal flaws, Kurdish Hdp ban request rejected

(ANSA) - ISTANBUL, MAR 31 - The Turkish Constitutional Court has sent the request for the opening of a proceeding to ban the pro-Kurdish Hdp for alleged links with the "PKK terrorists" to the General Prosecutor of the Ankara Cassation.

   The decision is linked to some formal errors in the dossier of over 600 pages, and would not affect the merits of the request.
