There are many ghost stories.
And one has also heard of haunted haunted houses.
But would you actually buy a house like that?
From time to time you hear strange news from the USA, like from the most terrible apartment in New York City.
So it's hardly surprising that a woman posts a picture on Twitter with a strange sale sign for a house.
Admittedly - that doesn't sound spectacular at first.
She comments on the post with the words: "That just turned up around the corner and
I have so many questions
." The interesting
thing about
the sale
sign
is clearly not the fact that a house is being sold here.
Rather, the addition that the
house is not haunted by ghosts
.

Funny sale sign leaves questions
As reported by the US online newspaper
HuffPost
, the woman noticed the sign in her neighborhood,
outside of Boston
, Massachusetts.
However, she did not want to reveal the exact location of the property in order to protect the privacy of the homeowners.
The sales sign aroused their interest because of the addition "Not Haunted", ie not haunted by ghosts.
This raises the question of why this is stated on a sales sign or even discussed at all.
The woman wanted to investigate this question and promptly asked the brokerage company.
But the real estate agents didn't know
any more about the sign and its background
.
Apparently there was also talk of a prank - carried out by a very humorous ghost.

Tweet creates discussions
With her tweet, of course, the woman also started a discussion directly.
But this also shows that
this type of sales sign for houses or apartments does not seem so unusual
.
Several people commented with pictures in which such signs were placed.
Amazingly, there is also the case that an object is advertised as "Haunted", that is, pursued by ghosts.
So
if you would like to move
into a
shared apartment with a ghost,
you are obviously well advised here.
However, it is questionable whether these signs should actually be taken that seriously.
In any case, one user stated that when you sell a house you have to give out information about whether someone has died in the house.
