    • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder

    • 1 pack Bitter chocolate (at least 85% cocoa solids), melted

Preparation

How to make chocolate meringue?

  • 1 Preheat oven to 110 degrees.

  • 2 Beat the egg whites and add the salt until foamy.

  • 3 Gradually add the sugar, continue to whisk until you get a stable and glossy whipped cream.

  • 4 Fold the cocoa powder into the whipped cream.

  • 5 Place the whipped cream in a sprinkling bag, and sprinkle in a circular motion until a walnut-shaped shape is obtained.

  • 6 Place in a tray lined with baking paper.

    And sprinkle over cocoa powder.

    Bake for an hour.

  • 7 You can eat like this, and you can also overdo it a bit more and dip the meringues in a little melted chocolate, and combine two or two together.

    Can be refrigerated for up to 2-3 days.
