Council of State, yes a mask is required for children under 12 years of age

 The Council of State confirms the obligation to wear a mask at school also for children under the age of 12, rejecting the precautionary request of a group of parents whose children had no health problems and did not suffer from respiratory problems. In a monochromatic decree, the president of the Third Section Franco Frattini stresses that even "in the contrast between scientific evaluations, all certainly worthy of attention, the disputed obligation is not characterized by 'manifest unreasonableness'", so much so as to allow the judge to intervene on decisions for which "the Government assumes full responsibility".
