In particular concerning home services.
This week was marked by a government muddle about maintaining the activity of childminders.
The latter will finally be able to continue childcare at home, said Friday the office of the Secretary of State for Children, Adrien Taquet.
But what about other services?
There are two types of staff working at home.
On the one hand, personal aids, in particular those in the elderly or in a situation of dependency, which are considered to be essential functions and therefore maintained.
This includes, for example, support for shopping, meals, cleaning or even paramedical care.
Certain comfort services maintained
Another category brings together the so-called comfort services.
Although they are not considered essential, many are maintained.
In general, when a business is prohibited by containment measures, its home activity is also.
For example, it is possible to bring in a hairdresser or a gardener since hairdressing salons and garden centers are kept open.
Conversely, it is impossible to call on the services of a beautician because the exercise of this profession is not authorized during confinement.
However, the exception is home education which remains possible despite the closure of schools.
