"Thyme Fashion Week Tel Aviv" came to an end yesterday (Thursday), when it aired on "Network 13" the last day of shows.

In the last week, 28 collections by local designers were presented to the general public on the runways.

After last year's trauma, when last week's Fashion Week events were canceled due to the corona plague, the very fact that we managed to end this week unhindered indicates quite a bit of a return to routine.

So true, this fashion week was not as we know it - with crowds, hugs and fine local street style, but it provided us with inspiration and a glimpse into what the designers are preparing for us this coming spring, and for a moment we felt normal again, which is most important.

So which views were saved to the end?

Here are the highlights of the last day.

Nadav Rosenberg

Nadav Rosenberg, the designer behind the NORTHERN STAR brand, has created a collection inspired by globalization.

Like almost every designer at the current fashion week, Rosenberg also came to this inspiration due to the corona plague.

According to him, different cultures open up to each other and draw inspiration from each other, thus creating a new era in the world where all the cultural elements are intertwined.

During the outbreak of the plague, the countries of the world joined together in a joint effort to find a vaccine and a cure - and this is what inspired him for the current collection.

So how is this reflected on the track?

Rosenberg chose diversity and brought only black models on the runway in a variety of sizes and heights.

Ethnic prints in an African atmosphere with touches of European folklore, lots of fabric-rich dresses, body-hugging overalls, puffy sleeves, large skirts and unisex oversized shirts.

Alongside this, one can see interesting prints, fringes, tribal patches and joyful colorfulness, ranging from soft to powerful colors.

Inspiration: Globalization, especially in the Corona period.

Vivi Blaish

The fashion week was closed by designer Vivi Blaisch.

The class is of course no stranger to him and he has often signed with the latest show known as a rather prestigious inlay on the calendar. The collection he put on the runway this year he called "Sign of the Times" inspired by Prince, Aging his clothes by

washing, dyeing and leaving marks. The current collection is about the pure boho chic of the 40s and was created with the technology of a thyme company that allowed digital printing on the fabrics. Blaish is recognizable, along with stunning ethnic prints in the colors of nature - red, orange, brown, light blue and shades of white. According to him, these are prints inspired by the world. Alongside these there is also an interesting presence of T-shirts. " The Roberto Cavalli house in Italy, where I served as chief designer for four years, "Blaisch said." Traditional silkscreen prints were part of Cavalli's handwriting and were made by hand.

Working with Thyme I went back to the tradition of printing, but with the advanced technology of printers. "

Blaish's fabrics are considered a thing of the industry and now have managed to turn that complex work into prints. In the future in more collections.
