The Ministry of Health of the Nation reported this Saturday

another 83 deaths and 10,384 new cases

of coronavirus throughout the country.

With these figures, Argentina accumulates 56,106 fatalities and 2,383,537 infections since the start of the pandemic.


Meanwhile, after the positive of President Alberto Fernández, from the health portfolio they specified that less than 0.2% of the people vaccinated with the first or second dose were notified as cases of coronavirus at least 14 days after the first dose was applied.

Of the total of 2,824,344 people vaccinated with the first dose, 4,212 were reported as coronavirus cases, after at least 14 days of application, which

represents 0.15%.


Meanwhile, of the 650,071 people vaccinated with both doses, 1,003 became ill after 14 days after the second dose, which also

means 0.15%.


Regarding the deceased, 15 people between 61 and 94 years old died after the first dose (0.0005%) and there were no deaths among those immunized with two doses of the vaccine.


"The Strategic Plan for vaccination against Covid-19 in Argentina aims to reduce hospitalizations, serious forms and mortality caused by coronavirus," said the Ministry of Health.
