The Ministry of Health of the Nation released this Saturday a series of data to clear up doubts about the vaccines against the coronavirus that were installed after confirming that President Alberto Fernández is transiting the disease despite having received the two doses of Sputnik V.

"Less than 0.2% of people vaccinated with the first or second dose were reported as COVID-19 cases, at least 14 days after the first dose was applied," they detailed from the portfolio led by Carla Vizzotti.

The conclusions of the health authorities are based on the information available, until March 26, in the National Health Surveillance System (SNVS) and in the Federal Register of Nominal Vaccination (NomiVac) as of March 26, 2021.

With the crossing of data, results were obtained that allow to support the effectiveness of all the vaccines that are applied in the country and not only of Sputnik V, which was developed by the Russian institute Gamaleya.
