The investigation of the tragic crash in which the sisters Denis and Agustina Ojeda, aged 22 and 24, died, continues to add data that complicates the two defendants, Demian Pedreira and Alberto Weber.
Pedreira (26), owner of the Audi A1 that hit a light pole in Viamonte and Rivadavia, Lanús on Friday morning, is still hospitalized in the Evita Hospital in that district.
He has multiple wounds and is conscious.
The prosecutor in the case, Mariano Leguiza Capristo, charged him with "murder with eventual intent", a crime that provides a maximum penalty of
25 years in prison

The other videos incorporated into the file confirm, according to sources in the investigation, that the car was going at high speed.

Firefighters had to cut the Audi A1 to remove the victims.
Spokesmen for the case explained that the Castillo identified Pedreira as the driver of the car, but clarified that he was in a state of shock and that these informal statements have no legal validity.
Firefighters who arrived at the scene after the crash could not determine where each was in the car.
