According to police sources, the woman was the companion of the driver of the black Citroën C4 who was involved in the accident where Jorge died, and who had to be taken to Gutiérrez hospital to be treated.
That driver was identified as Jonatan Hernán Prieto (34) and was charged with the crime of "
culpable homicide
" by the prosecutor of the UFI No. 10 of La Plata, Carlos Vercellone.
"He is not detained," said the sources consulted.
The shock was

and "Prieto refused to have a breathalyzer test done," the sources explained and added: "We have no certificate that they returned from a clandestine party but it is something that is being investigated: it may have been a meeting between friends, family, or something like that. "
The case is known just 48 after the death of two sisters in Lanús who were aboard an Audi A1 that hit a light pole at full speed.
The driver and his companion are interned, detained and accused: "Both had to represent the result of driving while drinking alcohol and at twice the speed allowed," explained a source with access to the investigation.

The case
The La Plata tragedy occurred this Easter Sunday at Calle 31 and 515, in the town of Gonnet, around 3.30.

When the police arrived at the crash site, Walter was already dead and Godoy was sitting on the side of the car.
He had to be transferred urgently by SAME to the Rossi hospital.
"He is in a
reserved
state
, with hip injuries and multiple trauma," they explained from UTA La Plata.
They also said that the company Nueve de Julio has to contribute to Justice the
