It sometimes feels like we hear words like "environmental responsibility", "sustainability" or "innovation" from everywhere.

Everyone seems to want to take part in this global trend and understand the need to contribute more than we receive.

The processes that take place before our eyes and behind the scenes are so great that we can no longer ignore them.

But while countless companies are just talking about the importance of environmental responsibility, there are brands that really do.

One of them is H&M, which already today 65% of all their items are organic, recycled or produced in more considerate processes in the environment, and by 2030 they have committed to 100%.

To encourage environmental responsibility, expose the public to new materials and shed light on the importance of preserving the environment, H&M presents the world with a new and exciting concept, in which a number of new collections will be launched throughout the coming year in a limited edition.

Each of the collections will focus on an important topic and provide an up-to-date and fashionable interpretation, as expected from the fashion brand.

This way we will get a combination of innovation and trendiness with natural materials that we did not believe we could wear, such as neon green shoes and jewelry made of imitation leather made from cactus!

The first collection to be launched as part of the new concept has been named Science Story, and is a homage to the scientists behind the futuristic production.

Here are the coveted cactus shoes, which are produced in a unique process in which a leather-like fabric is produced from the plant, which in the process of growing it uses reduced water.

On the launch day on April 5 at the H&M flagship store in the TLV MALL mall you will find a variety of fashionable items, such as white jeans with a double and removable belt, a white crop top with an enlarged front pocket and a sports suit.

Beyond the trendy designs, the collection is made entirely of surprising and innovative materials such as dodge threads made from the castor plant, hemp fiber, which has long been one of the most coveted materials in the world, and materials derived from plastic scraps and wood fibers - given new life thanks to items each of us wants in the closet.

The second collection will reach us on Earth Day on April 22 and this time the entire focus will be on the stories behind the colors and the desire to create awareness of the environmental effects that the processes of dyeing and printing on fabrics create.

The collection, called Color Story, introduces innovative dyeing techniques, such as the use of plant pigments produced in a biotechnological process.

The second collection combines a bohemian and edgy style, with delicate spaghetti jerseys, with digital prints, a soft and relaxed skirt and a loose dress dyed with plant-derived pigments.

The combination of sheer and soft cuts and hard denim items creates an unexpected harmony.

Again, the big surprise is the shoes - a pair of sandals whose soles are made of a flexible foam made of algae.

The "Science story" collection will be launched on April 5 and "Color story" will be launched on April 22 at the brand's flagship store in the TLV MALL mall.
