Passover and Maimonides are behind us and after a week of matzah, gluttony and endless family meal, it's time to cleanse and nourish the body and this Asian soup is exactly what you need - in the popular and accepted version it is made on the basis of fresh chicken soup with chicken pieces, but you will surely be happy to know And make this simple and delicious soup also with white fish fillet cubes or even make in the vegan version with tofu.
Along with spinach leaves, broccoli and sprouts that go into it fresh, a rich, light and wonderful meal is obtained.

Ingredients

1 liter of fresh soup (chicken / vegetables)
2 cloves of crushed or grated garlic
½ Chopped red hot pepper
2 cm Fresh sliced or grated ginger
1 teaspoon of the five spices (Chinese) - star anise, cloves, Chinese cinnamon, Sichuan pepper and ground fennel seeds (optional but adds a lot)
2 as a soy sauce solution
2 white cufflinks (optional)
1 round cupcake
250 g chicken breast / fish fillet / tofu
2 cups coarsely chopped fresh spinach leaves
8-12 small, steamed broccoli flowers
1 basket of bean sprouts
To serve:
Chopped green onion
Sesame seeds
Chili Mashman or Chili Sauce

Preparation
How to make Asian rice soup?
Bring the fresh soup with the garlic, hot pepper, ginger, mixture of the five spices, soy and wine to a boil.
Cook for 5 minutes to extract flavors.
2 Add rice and cook for 10 minutes without a lid until it softens and the soup thickens and bubbles gently.
3 Meanwhile, cut the chicken (fish or tofu) into strips and roast on a pan until golden.
Alternatively add to the soup and cook together for 2-3 minutes.
4 Pour into serving plates, add the chopped spinach leaves and broccoli flowers.
Finish with a little chopped green onion, a few drops of sesame oil and chili oil and serve.
