The adventure continues.

The stand, under the name "Gigi Kubla" (or more accurately - GGKUBALA, because even authentic carbohydrates should probably speak English), joins an impressive purchasing campaign of the relatively new market management, which managed to land Yuval Ben Neria, Rachel Ben Elul And Ariel Rosenthal with his magic show - and the list is only partial.

"The Mahniuda group is coming to the city of crime and evil," announced the opening statement, which connected its well-known and prosperous food stations - Jerusalem of course, as well as London and Paris, coming from Route 1 and Sharona Market itself.

"It means, by and large, a Jerusalem adventure, 'Mahniuda' in Kabbalah," it read.

Now with a Jerusalem sex appeal.

So what exactly is Kovala and what will you actually eat there?

It is, as expected, a carbohydrate - "the fruit of the love of Shabbat Challah and Kaunas of Shabbat, full of all good," it was explained.

This dough addiction will include, for example, a crispy double schnitzel with Caesar salad and aioli ("of the most expensive", presumably), or stale corned beef (with a "secret spice mix from the Dimona reactor", aioli chipotle and sauerkraut), and also fish (" Terry Yerushalmi swam with lava, matbucha and onion blush ").

Apart from these, the Kabbalah (practice it, swear) will also contain a Turkish beef kebab with sauté and tahini, a vegan option of charred cabbage on charcoal and the alternating doomsday option called GG Gold, and can come in fried brain configuration, lobster patty, foie gras burger and the like.

What more?

"Kovka" will offer a sweet version with cinnamon toffee and cheese mousse, Bavarian cream and almonds will try to dance more classically, and the toppings will range from French fries, through home-made nuggets ("Chicken Mahnum") to the mythological polenta (yes, we said it) Mahniuda.

Jerusalemites are flocking.

Granit won his first Michelin star about two and a half months ago for his work at a "broken" restaurant in Paris.

"Bravo! 54 new stars have been added in the 2021 cycle," the French guide said in a statement, "Despite the complex health situation, the chefs have been able to showcase their full potential, talent and fighting spirit."

"Shabour" opened about a year and a half ago in the second district of the French capital.

It offers an eclectic combination of a luxurious marble bar, oriental dishes and vintage porcelain plates, alongside scattered vegetables and fruits, in the best of Mahniuda's discarded and graceful tradition.

The dim lighting in the evening is accompanied by candles, and the atmosphere, at least when there was still an atmosphere in the restaurants, was aimed at refined Parisian sexy.

The short menu, only 11 servings at the time of opening, offers Parisians to join the distribution concept familiar here a little better, and make baked bread while rolled on an olive branch, for example, and served alongside cilantro and other starters like hamindos eggs with tahini, butrga and salmon or gerbil and horseradish .

Slightly larger dishes range here from Wagio slicer on freaks and eggplants, octopus served on Baba Ganosh and Arisa, or tortillas stuffed with chorizo served alongside mullet and stone.

The goal - to defeat the defeat.

Since the change of ownership of the complex, the people of Sharona Market have been constantly working to improve the customer experience at the place, and to upgrade the beats.

The efforts include, among other things, a massive investment in redesign, lighting and space that was once narrow dining alleys, and is now much friendlier to the Bulls user.

The signing of the new acquisition players is another step in the plan, as is the establishment of a cocktail bar with a more nocturnal appeal, a changing pop-up stand, and quite a few other surprises.
