Passover has passed, we have finished the matzah with a good mufflet (or more ...) and now a routine.

It may be a small word, but the meaning is especially great in the face of our new reality.

If we take the Passover holiday along with the holiday meals and add them to all the not-so-simple year we have been through, we can definitely say that not only have we left labs for freedom, but also from darkness to light.

Still, now that it's all up to us, here's some tips on a proper and safe return to routine.

The head may remember that you were fit, but the body does not always synchronize accordingly.

Friendship or a supportive community -

Many studies show the benefits of a group, and the same is true of coaching.

Much more fun together, it spurs and gets more out of you, and enough to lift your head and see that we are all in the same boat so as not to give up.

In the group you can find an element of competitiveness that always brings experience, and most importantly, a supportive community of trainees creates from the training a fun social encounter to reach, and the training becomes far beyond marking V.

Start with what you love -

the fitness world offers countless training options, however, this is not the time for new challenges you may not like, and will make you retire and give up.

Go to the place you love.

If you like to run, start a wheelbarrow, if you want to get aggressive on the bag, go to boxing training, and if you are a type who is looking for quiet - yoga is also excellent.

Graduality -

Do not rush and do not look for shortcuts.

There is a phrase that says "the head remembers what the body has forgotten", and it is true.

Not everything we could do during the period we regularly exercised is true even today, it is reflected in the distances we ran, through weights we lifted easily, to specific exercises like getting up or pushing up.

Quite a few times we rush and want to prove to ourselves that nothing has changed, while much has changed, and then the body stops us at best, and in less good cases it may end in injury that can disable you.

Work with professionals -

Take a coach or join a team.

A trainer will give you an organized training plan, he will accompany you along the way and make sure you do the exercises correctly.

Proper training ensures results and incorrect training guarantees failures.

A coach who looks at you in training makes you work right and give more, which is something that should not be underestimated.

The same goes for your diet - do not go on fast diets or uncontrolled fasting.

Build an orderly menu with a qualified person who can accompany you along the way, be there to hear when something goes wrong and fix when needed.

Remember that the road is long and winding -

every significant road is full of challenges, inconveniences and holidays that are yet to come, and the one who is really responsible for your success at the end of the day is just you.

There will also be difficult moments, getting out of the routine, small falls in food, and more.

At the end of the day, what matters is how much you really want to reach your goals, and do not forget that once you start climbing, you will discover wonderful views along the way.
