It took a long time, but the theater is back on stage.

Tonight the Be'er Sheva Theater will open, tomorrow the Cameri Theater will open, on April 19 the Beit Lessin Theater will open and on April 22 it will return to the activities of the last repertory theater: Gesher Theater.

Habima opened the doors of the Rubina Hall last night after more than a year in which the hall was closed.

The play chosen to inaugurate the opening was the remake of the successful musical "Spanish Orchard" written by former President Yitzhak Navon.

The musical was directed by Tzadi Tzarfati and stars Hani Nachmias, Tal Musari, Roni Dalumi, Avraham Selector and more.

Later this month, additional plays will be staged at Habima: "Kaban" by Nevo Ziv (inspired by real cases that occurred in Operation Eitan), "Talk about their whereabouts" by Nava Semel, "Head of the Council" by Guy Maroz, "Bachelorette's Last Request" By Noam Gil, "The End of the World Motel" by Ruby Porat Shoval, and "My Zakopane" starring Lia Koenig.

"This is a big and very significant day in Israeli culture, that the big theaters are starting to open to the public," said Habima CEO Noam Semel yesterday. "A system has been installed at Habima that allows automatic identification of the green passport after initial registration, which will make it easier for audiences to get to the theater.

The actors are very excited to perform in front of a live audience after 13 months of shutdown. "

Tonight he will return to the Beer Sheva Theater with the play" Derech Hashalom ", a political comedy written by Guy Maroz inspired by Aristophanes. Later this month," Not Ours ", an Israeli comedy starring Gabi Amrani And Moti Giladi, "Rosa's Apartment" and "Magical Views.

" "After too long a year, we are very excited to return," said Shmulik Yifrach, director of the Beer Sheva Theater, yesterday.

"We missed the routine, our wonderful audience, living with an active, diverse and rich cultural world. We have worked hard in recent months so that every evening new and wonderful performances come on stage. It is time to visit the glorious cultural centers of the city of Beer Sheva."

"No one is excited about us"

The Cameri Theater will open tomorrow evening with two performances on the opening night.

The first is "Genius in a Cage," an Israeli play written by Irit Kaplan and Yoav Bar-Lev about an Israeli TV star who rose to greatness, starring Amos Tamam.

The second is "All the Good Things," a solo performance by Dvir Bendek about a boy for a suicidal mother, who writes her optimistic notes with all the good things in life.

This is a collaboration between the Cameri Theater and the Elad Theater.

Later this month, the musical "To the End of the Rainbow" with Mia Dagan and Itzik Cohen about Judy Garland, and the play "The Grandson" starring Miriam Zohar, Yitzhak Hezekiah, Nadav Knights and more will be performed in the chamber.

"The chamber has not stopped creating in the last year, even though it was closed to the public," said the theater's director, Ran Guetta. "Every day a small team came to the theater to keep the work burning.

Indeed, the muses did not disappear.

We invented new forms of creation, ones that would suit the spirit of the time.

We are looking forward to returning to the stage, and I hope that this time we will remain open for a long time.

No one is excited about us. "

On April 19, the Baruch Ivcher Beit Lessin Theater will open with two new plays.

The first is the comedy "Between the Words" starring Sasson Gabay, who returns to Beit Lessin after about two and a half years playing on Broadway.

The second is "Chinese I Speak to You" by Savyon Liebrecht and directed by Tzipi Pines.

Other plays that will air during the month: "Abdullah Schwartz" by Rami Vered starring Avi Kushnir and Anat Waxman, as well as the theater's big hit "Zero in Human Relations" with Maggie Ezerzer and Meshi Kleinstein.

"After ignoring the world of culture for more than a year, there is a great thirst of the audience to return to the halls," said Tzipi Pines, director of the Beit Lessin Theater.

"I hope policymakers will finally understand the power of theater. We are full of excitement and anticipation."

"The audience missed"

Gesher Theater will open its doors on April 22 with the premiere of the play "The Bride and the Butterfly Hunter" by Nissim Aloni.

The play, directed by Yair Sherman, is in collaboration with the Raanana Symphony Orchestra and with the participation of Efrat Ben-Tzur and Israel (Sasha) Demidov.

The next day, the play "Theater Boy" will be staged, a solo cabaret show by Ido Musari, directed by Amir Wolf.

"We renewed this year in an unusual way," said Lena Crindlin, director of the Gesher Theater yesterday. "I hope our audience missed it and that it will come back to us with a passion to see the plays, to make direct contact with the actors and with each other."
