(ANSA) - MILAN, APRIL 06 - The meeting of Mps has resolved to push back the two liability actions promoted by BluebellPartners, the first against the former top management, Alessandro Profumo and Fabrizio Viola, and the second against the current board. The shares, a note read, were rejected with 97.5% of the votes. The company of Giuseppe Bivona, consultant of the Alken fund, in dispute with Siena for the losses suffered in its investments in Mps, asked to promote the liability action against Profumo and Viola mainly for the 400 million euros of provisions on legal risks following the conviction in the first instance of the former leaders in the derivative affair and to initiate that towards the current board of directors for not having initiated the same liability action against his predecessors, instead inviting the shareholders to reject it.
