Sometimes all we want is a simple and delicious homemade cake next to the coffee.
One that just mixes, puts in the oven and fills the house with a scent that makes you want to immediately boil water in a kettle.
The dark chocolate is coarsely chopped and added to the batter, so that when the cake is hot, you meet soft and liquid chocolate dots, and when it cools down completely there are fun bites of chocolate.

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
½ Whipped cream
1 tablespoon granulated instant coffee (heaped)
100 grams of chopped dark chocolate
½ Cusco
¾1 cups puffed flour
Pinch of salt
For chocolate-coffee icing:
100 grams of dark chocolate
100 grams of butter
½ As a granular melted coffee

Preparation
How do you make chocolate coffee in your heart?
1 Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
2 Beat together the eggs, sugar and vanilla extract for about 4 minutes.
3 Add oil, sour cream and coffee 'and beat for another minute.
4 Mix the flour and cocoa in a separate bowl and add to the bowl with the batter, fold or mix just until the flour is absorbed and no more so as not to develop gluten.
5 Add the chopped chocolate to the mixture, mix lightly and transfer to an English cake pan lined with baking paper.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until the cake is firm and a toothpick stuck in the center comes out dry with moist crumbs.
7 Melt the coating ingredients together, mix and pour over.
