The 24th Knesset swearing-in ceremony took place today (Tuesday), and 17 new Knesset members who have not previously served will enter the current Knesset.
In honor of the dignified ceremony, which also included a festive reception with the President, all Knesset members dressed accordingly, with MK Ayelet Shaked standing out in particular, who this year underwent a fashionable makeover and wore a festive and chic look.

We noted favorably the changes she made to the look, from choosing cleaner, more tailored and elegant looks to the look of the hair and haircut, and the person responsible for the change in question is Tomer Hahas, Shaked's spokeswoman.

In honor of the swearing-in ceremony today, Shaked proved we were right.
She invested some thought and turned to fashion designer Shai Shalom, who designed a total look for her that included a deep blue buttoned silk shirt with purple cufflinks, tailored high-waisted black pants in a pedalphone cut and black pointed toe shoes with delicate gold jewelry and a smooth hair look with a side parting.
The look was flattering, feminine and elegant, and we especially loved the exact match of the blue color of the shirt to the blue color in the national flag, which created an accurate Instagram image, whether intentionally or not, aspired.

Shalom told Israel Today that "the look was chosen from a number of options, including a tailored black tuxedo, white blazer and more. In the end, we chose the look that expresses the connection between formal wear and more casual wear, which is what Ayelet wanted to convey at the event - festive comfort "And less festive formalism. We wanted to create visual differentiation within the group of male MKs, who all wear tailored suits. This is the first time I dress Shaked and I believe this is not the last time."
We recommend that Shaked stick to Shalom, who has done a wonderful, accurate and impressive job with a sophisticated and prestigious look.
There is no doubt that Shaked's fashion revolution has taken off today, and we are now waiting and expecting more.
