The Global Health Summit will be "a special G20 event organized in collaboration with the EU commission. We will discuss how to improve health security, how to strengthen our health systems and how to improve our ability to face future crises in a spirit of solidarity" .
This was stated by Prime Minister Mario Draghi in a tweet released by Palazzo Chigi.
The government website also reads: "The Summit represents an opportunity to share the experiences gained from the Covid-19 pandemic and to elaborate and approve a" declaration of Rome ".
"The contents of the declaration could constitute a reference point for strengthening multilateral cooperation and joint actions to prevent future global health crises.
