Another trial has begun in the Münster abuse complex before the district court of the North Rhine-Westphalian city.
The 45-year-old defendant from Berlin has made a confession, said a court spokesman.
In order to protect the victims, the process is largely closed to the public.
The indictment of the central and contact point Cybercrime North Rhine-Westphalia, located at the Cologne Public Prosecutor's Office, accuses the accused of serious sexual abuse of a child in three cases and the possession of child pornography in five cases.
The victim is therefore a now eleven-year-old boy from Münster, who has repeatedly been the victim of serious acts of sexual abuse throughout the entire complex.
According to the indictment, the boy is said to have been abused by the 45-year-old in June 2019 in Hanover and in August and December 2019 in Münster.
According to the indictment, the 27-year-old foster father of the child, who was accused in the main proceedings, was present.
The man from Münster is said to have repeatedly left the boy to other men for acts of violence and to have raped him himself.
More than 40 suspects
By May 7, the Münster district court had set five further appointments in the subsidiary proceedings against the 45-year-old.
After the confession, however, these trial days are no longer necessary.
Alongside Lügde and Bergisch Gladbach, Münster is one of three large crime complexes in North Rhine-Westphalia that have been uncovered since 2019.
It is about sexual violence against a large number of children and about large networks with numerous participants and victims.
There are more than 40 suspects in the crime complex, around 30 of whom are in custody.
Around 30 children are said to have been victims.
The verdicts are expected in the coming weeks in the main trial before the Münster Regional Court.
