(ANSA) - ROME, APRIL 08 - Florentino Perez offers 10 billion euros to buy Atlantia's stake in Aspi.
The Financial Times writes it after viewing a letter.
"Given the tight relationship between our groups following the joint acquisition of Abertis, Acs has followed the Aspi situation in recent months and we believe it is a very interesting asset that fits perfectly into Acs' long-term strategy," Pérez wrote in the letter, adding that the group would be willing to welcome other investors in its offer, including Cdp.
