(ANSA) - ROME, APRIL 08 - "This summer we will resume doing ilive. We are tired, we have to go back to work".
Max Gazzè and Daniele Silvestri reiterate their positions: the live show sector must restart and soon, in order not to die.
The two artists, among the few who last year accepted the challenge to go on tour even with all the limitations of the case, are ready to get back into the game.
"I will resume with the full staff, without staff reductions - promises Gazzè, who presented his new album La Matematica dei Rami with the Magic Mystery Band, which also includes Silvestri -. And he invites all his colleagues to organize concerts".
"Last year few imagined that something could be done - adds Silvestri -. We did it, giving breath to thirty families. This year we will do it again for all reasons: the minimum goal is to start again from what it is. done last summer. Out of 200 thousand people involved in live shows, only one case of positiveness was recorded: perhaps this should have led us to think that even indoors, with the necessary precautions, something could be done ".
"If you do not have to play, more than the controversy, you will need to arm yourself", say critics, both agree that in this difficult situation, a structure that would protect the rights of show business workers would have been useful.
"Something is happening - warns Silvestri -. Thanks also to Matteo Orfini. The announcement of a good initiative will soon arrive, also because Minister Franceschini wants to act, but it is starting to be ridiculous that we do not know how to do it".
"There is no more time for the tables, you just have to act", concludes Gazzè.
