Faced with the violence of the crisis and its consequences on the labor market, the government has decided to focus on training.
Whether through partial activity, which allows training actions during non-working hours, or via the new Transco system, which deploys retraining courses to cope with sectoral changes, the objective is one cannot can be clearer: encourage the French to gain in employability.

But, for the time being, the working people do not yet intend to rush into training.
According to a BVA survey for Visiplus Academy, 39% of workers in France have taken steps to take training in 2021. That is an increase of only 2 points compared to last year.
A result that may therefore seem disappointing, especially since only 8% of respondents are actually enrolled in training and 31% have just started to inquire or found the program they want to follow.
