affects passenger transport in a context of the multiple difficulties posed by travel due to the pandemic.
According to sources from the state airline to this newspaper, the situation
could normalize around noon
.
"The Aeronautical Technical Personnel Association (APTA), urgently requests the President of Aerolineas Argentinas, Lic. Pablo Ceriani, to carry out biweekly tests to detect infected by covid-19, all workers who work in technical areas and in the aircraft dispatch sector, throughout the country ".
Thus begins a statement released by the union.
APTA also requests "strict compliance with all business biosafety protocols" to prevent infection in workplaces and in the transport of personnel.
The text also points out that the new wave of the pandemic, "much more contagious and aggressive," produced numerous cases of covid-19 among APTA affiliates, some "extremely serious."
