Rai has secured the exclusive rights for the Qatar 2022 World Cup. This was announced by Fifa.
Rai has received audiovisual rights for multiple platforms, television, digital channels and radio, and will provide the tournament with an extremely solid broadcasting base.
In addition to covering all 64 live matches, Rai will offer a very wide offer, which will include the repetition of the highlights and reporting programs and interviews. Rai 1 will broadcast a minimum of 28 matches, including the opening one, the final and the two semi-finals, thus achieving FIFA's goal of providing broad coverage in their competitions.
