The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has issued the names of successful candidates for scholarships offered by the Russian Federation for the undergraduate and postgraduate level “Master and Doctorate” for the academic year 2021-2022.
The ministry stated in an announcement today that SANA received a copy of it that the names of the students nominated are for the first university stage who have obtained the General Secondary Certificate “the scientific and literary branches” of the 2020 session and the candidates for the postgraduate studies are “masters and doctorates”.
The Ministry pointed out that successful students in scholarships have the right to submit an appeal request until the end of the official working hours from 4/19-2021, stressing that the final acceptance of the student is exclusively dependent on the approval of the relevant authority in the Republic of Russia
The ministry has set the date for the candidates' interviews during the period between 12 and 16 of April 2021 at ten in the morning until four in the afternoon, indicating that the Russian side will set the date of the interview for each candidate in a message on his e-mail.
The ministry pointed out that conducting the interview includes all candidates, including repeaters and distinguished "old and new" candidates, calling on the candidates to follow the instructions they receive via e-mail to each of them, activate the link for the interview, and observe the generally accepted rules when conducting interviews.
On the twentieth of last January, the ministry announced "500" scholarships offered by the Russian Federation for the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, "masters and doctorates" in various specializations for the academic year 2021-2022.
