There are some jars rich in flavor that I love that I always have in the fridge.
Like the smoothie whose recipe I posted here before, the olive tapenade is one of the regulars.
Olive spread with garlic and basil leaves that give it a fresh taste and color.
A delicacy worth having in the fridge to upgrade toast or sandwiches, to enrich stews, fish, chicken omelet or just for entertaining alongside crackers.

1 bunch of basil
1 pitted green olives
5 cloves of garlic
½ Bleached almonds or pine nuts
1 teaspoon salt
½ Olive oil
½ Lemon squeezed into juice
1 teaspoon of silane or honey

How to make olive tapenade?
1 Grind all the ingredients together into a uniform spread and store in an airtight box in the refrigerator with a little oil on top.
