"When I got to Idit, the first question I asked was whether the treatments were painful," says Ashley.

"I really don't like it hurting me."

To her delight, she discovered that the treatments were not really painful: "On the contrary," says Idit.

"Women arrive during their lunch break to rest and relax, and then return to the office, or arrive after putting the children in frames and have a few hours until collection. There are no signs after treatment and no need for recovery time. Return to routine is immediate."

Ashley loves her body, does sports every day and maintains proper nutrition.
