2021-04-12T06:19:46.933Z

The daily bulletin on Covid: 15,746 new positives, 331 victims. 9 million Italians vaccinated with one dose, 15% of the total. The Order of doctors: accept any vaccine that is proposed to you (ANSA)

The government could decide next week to bring forward some reopenings before the end of April, after evaluating the epidemiological situation.

According to several government sources, a date has not yet been set but it is likely that the political control room could be held in the middle of the week.

In any case, the data will be "essential", underlines a qualified source, both those relating to the infection and vaccinations.

Only if a positive trend is recorded could the reopening of some sectors in the following two weeks be anticipated.

"We can now try very carefully and with great caution to understand how we manage a phase in which the measures produce the effects and vaccination rises. At the intersection of these two elements with great attention and great foresight we can plan weeks in which I hope there may be fewer limitations but we have to do it with great caution because crossing the stages can produce effects. And the Sardinia story proves exactly this. The English variant is very fast ".

Thus the Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza, at Che tempo che fa on Rai3, confirming "the work on the green pass".

There are 15,746 coronavirus test positives in Italy in the last 24 hours

, according to data from the Ministry of Health.

Yesterday there were 17,567.

Instead, 331 victims in one day (yesterday 344).

In total, 3,769,814 cases since the beginning of the epidemic, 114,254 deaths.

The currently positive are 533,005 (80 less than yesterday) while the healed and discharged since the beginning of the pandemic are 3,122,555, an increase of 15,486 compared to yesterday.

There are 253,100 molecular and antigenic swabs for the coronavirus carried out in the last 24 hours in Italy, according to data from the Ministry of Health.

Yesterday the tests were 320,892.

The positivity rate is 6.2%, up 1.2 points from yesterday when it was 5.4%.

There are 3,585 patients hospitalized in resuscitation for Covid in Italy, 3 less than yesterday in the daily balance between entries and exits, while the daily entries, according to data from the Ministry of Health, were 175 (yesterday 186).

In the ordinary wards, however, 27,251 people are hospitalized, 316 fewer than yesterday.

9 million Italians

 vaccinated

with one dose, 15% of the total

- 9,011,882 Italians received the first dose of anticovid vaccine, according to data processed by the official government website, equal to about 15% of the population who must be vaccinated (therefore excluding those under 16).

People vaccinated with two doses are 3,908,326, about 6.5% of the total.

The Order of Doctors, accept whatever vaccine is offered to you

- "I urge everyone to have faith in science and to rely on doctors for the choice of vaccine": this is the appeal of Filippo Anelli, president of the National Federation of Medical Orders.

"In the case of AstraZeneca - he explains - the recommendation for use for the over 60s is linked to a very prudent approach".

The vaccine weapon, he says, "works and is the only real way out of the emergency".

"Thanks to the vaccination of all doctors - he reports - mortality in our category has dropped by 95%. Every month we recorded between 40 and 60 deaths. In March there were 10, in the 10 days of April only 1".

Hope: I defend the reopening of the school

- "Today there are 13 million vaccines administered and for 3 weeks the curve has seen a first sign of bending. With great frankness I say that we are aware that there is an element of risk, with the 'increase in movements but the government has made a choice that I strongly defend. Thanks to the measures adopted in March and in these two weeks we have accumulated a small treasure and we have decided, two months before the end of the school year, to invest it in school as a lintel of the Italian company that has paid a very high price ".

Thus the Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza, at Che tempo che fa on Rai3.

Hope, it did not serve everyone against everyone in Europe

- "It was decided to buy vaccines together in Europe and buying them together is the right idea. We cannot do free-for-all in Europe. Obviously we are paying a price, it is a truth with which we have to deal but we cannot do the free-for-all. In the coming weeks there will be other races and it will be necessary to correct these errors with an eye ".

Thus the Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza, at Che tempo che fa on Rai3 on a question regarding contracts with vaccine manufacturers and the lack of arrivals compared to expectations in this first phase of the vaccination campaign.
