Olivier Véran upgrades the careers of caregivers

During a third follow-up committee for the agreements concluded last July, Olivier Véran launched on Monday the second stage of his strategy to revalue the remuneration of nursing staff.

After a first check of 7.6 billion euros, which resulted in a revaluation of 183 euros net per month for all midwives and non-medical personnel in the public (i.e. 1.8 million people) , then in February for agents of the social and medico-social sector attached to a public establishment and employees of the private sector, the Minister of Health announced a general review of the careers of caregivers.

"The objective is to give prospects to the professionals in office and to attract new talents"

, justifies the entourage of Olivier Véran.
