The Danish chain for gifts and accessories for the home, "Flying Tiger", on its way to Israel.
The chain, which over the years has become international with 900 stores in 28 points around the world, sells lifestyle products, including housewares, office and electronic equipment, toys and more.
The Fox Group, owned by Harel Wiesel, reported yesterday (Sunday) to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange on the signing of an agreement in principle with the chain, to open branches in Israel. The group claims that the prices will be similar to those in its branches around the world.
The franchise period for each store will be for five years, with an option to extend for another five years.
The exclusivity is conditional on meeting the quantity and pace of store opening.
In addition, the company will purchase the products directly from the network or authorized suppliers, and will pay it in exchange for granting the franchise a monthly rate of total sales.
At the same time, the Match Retail Group, which owns, among others, the H&M chain, announced the arrival of the fashion brand Other Stories & in Israel during the fall of 2021. Two stores will open in the Azrieli malls in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem.
The stores will have diverse fashion collections designed by a team of home designers in the brand's three design centers in Paris, Stockholm and Los Angeles.
