(ANSA) - ROME, APRIL 12 - Luca Argentero, Cristiana Capotondi, Eduardo Scarpetta, Serra Yilmaz and Ambra Angiolini lead the cast of the TV series Le Fate Ignoranti, a contemporary reinterpretation of the film by Ferzan Ozpetek.
The interocast of the filmmaker's original Star series, a romantic dram drawn from the blockbuster and phenomenal cultural film of the same name, was announced today, and will be available soon on Star within Disney +.
The series (international title The Ignorant Angels), consisting of 8 episodes, is written by Ferzan Ozpetek, GianniRomoli, Carlotta Corradi and Massimo Bacchini and produced by R & CProduzioni.
Four of the 8 episodes will be directed by GianlucaMazzella, Ozpetek's collaborator for over twenty years.
