In detail, these 324 new deaths occurred in hospitals, bringing the total number of deaths to 99,459 since the start of the epidemic.
At the hospital, precisely, 31,226 patients with the disease are currently treated, against 31,262 Monday.
As for severe cases, the figures continue to rise, approaching the peak of the first wave of the epidemic, a year ago.
5,952 patients are followed in critical care (resuscitation, intensive care, continuous monitoring), against 5,916 on Monday.
555 new admissions are to be deplored.
More than 3.8 million people vaccinated
In terms of vaccination, 3,837,266 French people have received two injections of the vaccine against Covid-19 since the start of vaccination, according to a report from the Directorate General of Health released on Monday.
In total, more than 11 million people have received at least one injection in France.
