On Tuesday 13 April, the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella will participate in connection from the Quirinale to the inauguration of the academic year 2020/2021 of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, which will be held starting at 10.30 in the Aula Magna of the University in Milan.
The ceremony, which opens the celebrations of the hundredth academic year since the foundation of the University, will be preceded by the Eucharistic Celebration presided over by the Archbishop of Milan, Monsignor Mario Delpini, at 9 am in the Basilica of Sant'Ambrogio.
At 10.30 am from the Aula Magna - after the screening of a video story through images of the history of the University - the live streaming of the ceremony.
At 11.00, in the presence of the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella in connection from the Quirinale Palace, the Rector Franco Anelli will deliver the Inaugural Speech.
This will be followed by a greeting from Monsignor Mario Delpini, as President of the Giuseppe Toniolo Institute of Higher Studies.
