(ANSA) - BERLIN, APRIL 14 - Germany recommends giving another booster vaccine to people under 60 who have already had the first dose of AstraZeneca.
The indication was given after an agreement between the regional health councilors and the ministry, and is in line with the recommendations of the Stiko special commission for vaccines.
After the stoplegato to investigate rare cases of thrombosis, the country had resumed vaccinations with Anglo-Swedish serum only for the over 60s. So far 2.2 million under 60s have received the first dose of AstraZeneca.
