Cifa-Confsal, work 'revolutionized' by quality contracts

This is what emerged today from the conference 'Contratti 4.0.

Innovating businesses, protecting work ', which was held in Rome, at the CNEL headquarters, in the presence of the president Tiziano Treu, the general secretary of Confsal, Angelo Raffaele Margiotta, the president of Cifa-FonarCom, Andrea Cafà, and Cesare Damiano, former minister of labor, called to hold the position of scientific director of the newborn Observatory on work wanted by Cifa and Confsal.

For Treu, the initiative makes it possible to "reflect on the transformations of business and employment" that are taking place, and are also put at the center of attention by the European institutions, through a digitization that will increasingly change the organization of tasks and productivity, whether you work within the company or operate 'remotely'.


In this regard, the "interconfederal" agreement that was recently signed by Cifa fits well into the panorama of national employment, of which the president Andrea Cafà speaks of an agreement that represents "a true revolution in subordinate work" , given that the intent is to create "an employee figure who works independently, manages his own time, has his own responsibilities", and is increasingly "interested" in the company to which he belongs.

Smart working thus declined, he adds, son of the Coronavirus health emergency, but in reality already 'in nuce' in the intentions of the Confederation, "is able to provide vitality to the labor market", because entrepreneurs and employees are "fully aware of the goals to achieve together ".

Covid-19, in fact, acted as a stimulus towards a path, that of the digitization of production processes, through a good use of technology and increasing the skills of the worker, who was also tracing previously.

Now, however, it is necessary that the employees are also favorably "contaminated" by the youth employment levers, which are mainly 'digital natives'.

And that everyone, urges Cafà, should cultivate those "transversal skills" which are fundamental for the company and its future.


In the Observatory's political-programmatic document, illustrated by Damiano, Margiotta and Cafà, we read that the time has come to "reinvent a model of society with a wise, timely and far-sighted use of resources, starting with the Next Generation Eu. L 'economy, on a global level, is looking for new coordinates: the green economy, digitalization, tangible and intangible infrastructures, a shelter to hydrogeological instability will constitute the fundamental assets of future growth and will need strong and qualitative investments in the welfare of new generation ", it is stressed.
