Investigators need "more time"
Washington on Tuesday suspended the use of the vaccine developed by the American laboratory Johnson & Johnson to investigate six women who developed serious cases of blood clots in association with low levels of platelets after their injection, in the United States.
Members of the expert group, which met for the first time on Wednesday at the request of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the main US public health agency, said they needed more time before deciding to possible restriction of this vaccine.
