The successful plus size model stars on the cover of Porter magazine with a new fashion production and an interview in which she addresses issues of body image.

"I wish when I was younger, there was someone like me, who was not afraid to show cellulite and fat in my back, so I would know it was normal."

Successful plus model

Ashley Graham

does not stop.

If you ask her, she has a long way to go before she reaches her destination.

In her new cover for Porter magazine, which is also joined by fashion production, she continues to advance the struggle she carries her banner - acceptance in the fashion industry of plus sizes and various body structures.

"Thanks to Porter Magazine for believing in me and the future of fashion," she wrote on her Instagram account alongside sharing photos from the magazine.

"I have spent my career trying to challenge the unrealistic beauty standard of the fashion industry and the standard that exists for women in general. We have come a long way and have more way to go until designers, fashion houses, brands, runways, design schools and retailers adopt all existing end types. "This gate is a reminder for me to continue to channel my dreams and seize every opportunity."

On the cover photo, Graham is seen in close-up wearing a black Tove dress and a black Alexander McQueen bra underneath and wearing Eéra earrings.

The cover image is just the opening for a fashion production that was photographed entirely within a studio, but with fine style moments that are worth lingering over, if only to draw some inspiration for this coming summer.

In another photo, Graham is seen in a white corset dress by the Philosophical brand, with black tights and Khaite sandals.

There’s also an insane frame in a hamla-toned dress by Ola Johnson in the same style of square neckline, only this time with puffy sleeves and white sandals over the tights.

Also in production: a white Fil de Vie dress and a winning Isabel Mara trench coat with yellow Bottega Venta sandals, over the same black tights, and a white fringe bag.

If you ask Porter Magazine's styling team, this is exactly the good news for the transition season - sandals and tights.

In an interview joining the same production, 33-year-old Graham talks mostly about body image issues.

"I do not post my photos half-naked for likes," she clarifies.

"I do it so that someone a decade younger than me will know that the excess in the buttocks, in the thighs - that it is normal."

According to her, she feels divided about social networks.

On the one hand - it is a platform that allows retouching and filters that only intensify the non-acceptance of women as he is, and on the other hand - it is the platform that gave her a voice, that allowed her to express her struggle.

"I wish when I was younger, there was someone like me, who was not afraid to talk and show cellulite and fat in my back, so I would know it was normal. That's what a body looks like," she concluded.

"This is what a body looks like."
