When you rummage through recipe notebooks, you find delicious treasures, which is exactly what happened to Debbie Matzkin during the Corona period.
In an instant all her plans stopped and forced her to shut herself in the house and start digging into the recipes she had collected over the years.
Out of the hundreds of recipes that accompanied her on her culinary life journey, 72 were carefully selected and turned into a new recipe book.

Matzkin, who divides her life between Miami and Tel Aviv, is a foodie and cook, facilitator of cooking, arranging and designing tables.
In honor of the publication of her new book, she shares with us a recipe for a lovely impression of her mother Anita that combines foam, whipped cream, cream and biscuits - he reminded us of a connection between all our favorite childhood desserts together: Bavarian cream, biscuit cake and tiramisu.
"It was a dish my mother always prepared for dessert, and because it was so successful, my mother taught her friend, who owns a restaurant in Miami, to make it," she said, "since it has been considered one of the place's well-known desserts to this day.
